Refund and Warranty

Return
 

You can exchange or return mass-produced goods within 14 days after purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act.

 

To use this feature, please make sure that:

- the product was not in use and does not have traces of use: clean, without wool residue, etc.
- the goods are fully equipped and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
- All labels and markings are saved.

If the product has leftover wool, we withhold 3% of the value of the product for cleaning and repacking.

 

If you want to return a product purchased on Special order, we will withhold 50% of the cost.
If the goods made by special order did not fit the size, although you provided the correct measurements, then we will finalize your order for free.

 

In all these cases, the shipment of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

 

Refunds are made within 10 business days from the date of return of the goods. If the refund is made through the banking system, bank fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Wheelchair Warranty


We guarantee the quality of wheelchairs. The warranty period is 1 year.
We guarantee during the year the absence of any manufacturing defects or breakdowns not associated with normal wear and tear. If, however, something breaks during the warranty period, then we will repair this part for free or replace it (at our discretion). All products requiring warranty repair (or replacement), if necessary, must be delivered to us. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

The warranty covers the following wheelchair items - frame, wheel racks, plastic fittings. The warranty does not cover cases of natural wear and tear of the following wheelchair elements: support ("saddle"), harness ("harness"), stirrups and wheels.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

damage caused by improper use of the stroller,

the presence of mechanical or other damage that arose as a result of intentional or reckless actions of the Customer or third parties,

disassembling the product, design changes and other interventions,

malfunctions and damage caused by extreme conditions and force majeure (fire, natural disasters, etc.),

careless storage and/or careless transportation by the Customer or third parties,

accidental damage caused by the Customer or third parties, or damage resulting from neglect or use (exposure to liquids, chemicals and reagents, dust, ingress of foreign objects, etc.)

The warranty does not apply to textile products, such as: sliders, support, diapers, etc.
